Delivery

  • Please note that we will carry a maximum number of 50 deliveries daily
  • Delivery of our hygiene packs will be done by region on specific days
  • Delivery information/confirmation will be conveyed to you via email & phone by our team
  • Delivery is FREE (no charges will be applied)

Mode of Payment

  • Payment should be done prior to delivery by Juice (By MCB) or via bank transfer
  • NO CASH will be accepted

Price

  • All prices mentioned on our website are VAT inclusive (expect vat-exempted products)

Hygiene Pack / Product

  • Bwell home reserves the right to substitute a product (in case a particular product is not available - by a similar product of the same family)
  • Products in the hygiene pack are predefined and cannot be replaced or substituted further to customer's request
